Also, if you have a project and going to need all the funds you get from your zim to fund your projects, then why would she take them from you? Won't you need them for your projects?

I am aware that Hawaii does not have a Tier 1 bank and would need the location of a RV for the island of Oahu. Any information for those in Hawaii would be so greatly appreciated.
