Can anyone assist, Need advise of stopping council tax UK, as not worked since 2020, one year in hospital nearly died, since then recovering and caring for last parent, who has just passed.  Not paid council take, been stopped, but now they send an illegal claim registered from neighbouring council....

Ignore the message on IP addresses saving, for some reason running on admin stopped, done again and saved, phewwwww!

To anyone who can assist,

After last night's show, trying to sort IP addresses on notepad, setup all, on saving I need permission, as not allowing me, does anyone know how to get around this, as been trying too.
