Will we really get money for our slavery from stolen bonds

We will get money from the QFS to replace money stolen from us.

So I know we have to wait for the email or text to our phones or whatever but where is this redemption center supposed to be and are these med beds real or fake

Redemption centres should be up to 50 miles away from your location (more in rural areas) and most likely in banks and/or military bases.

ZIM redemption centres will be fewer and you may have to accept to travel further distances. 

The locations will be kept secret and you will only be told where when you make your appointment. 

As to med-beds, I have done some research into this and I do believe they are real and being rolled out. Connecting Consciousness appears to be involved in the rollout, yet they will all be run by the military.
