Emergency Video, can you make it under 25MB?

Watched your Emergency Broadcast video on Telegram, most excellent!

Favor Please:

The file size is quite large at 176MB, is it possible to generate a file at less than 25Mb so I may upload to MESSENGER? 

That is the size limitation.
I understand if this is an unreasonable request.

I didn't see on Rumble and tried uploading to my email and it was too large.  darn but I will keep trying other options.

It is possible to make videos smaller, with less video quality. It is sometimes better to just give people a link.
