Mortgages other debts-discharge

Hi

I've just joined and about to start the UCC training, very much looking forward to it. 

I have a question regarding discharging mortgages and other debts using the UCC1, has anyone attempted this with success?

Has anyone used the Promissory Notes or Bills of Exchange to discharge those debts/bills?

These forums seem useless. No responses on any of them it seems like. Definitely not the place to get answers. I wish I could help, I'm trying to get the same information.

I just went to my Wescom Acct in California, and my Credit Card debt was gone!
