U.S. Citizen living in Ireland - Have to return to States?

Sure hope someone can answer this.

I live in Ireland most of time, but I maintain my U.S. home and I have ONLY U.S. Financial Institutions.

Will I have to return to the States for Nesara/Gesara?

Or can the funds be sent to my American bank?

I had a serious accident 8 years ago and traveling will be extremely difficult.
