When will it happen?

I've just heard Bruce push the date to September 1st. When we get there someone will say we should be using the other calendar and bosh! we are already 1/2 way through September. This has been happening year after year as we are kept on the hook.
Princess Elizabeth told us late 2024 it could not be later than May 2025, our ears opened.
Charlie said a couple of years ago it will be 2026. Our ears closed.
