notification for RV appointment

when will we be contacted..... regarding our rv appointments. my account is activated and now I have been informed that as soon as they have been given the green light that we will soon be called in for our appointment.
can anyone please give me an idea when we will be contacted. tier 4b group has been given the green light to move forward with sending out our notifications for our redemption center appointments.
