I registered on the forum, yet am being told my account is inactive.

Once you have registered to join the forum, an email is sent to your email address with a link to activate your account.
You need to click on that link to approve your email address.
Once you have done that, you can order subscriptions, but your account is still subject to approval by the admins. During this time, you will see messages that your account is inactive.
We check and approve accounts several times a day, so just be patient. There is no need to contact us about this unless nothing happens for at least 24 hours.
