No one has been notified yet because we are waiting for the 4b group to be activated. At that point the admins of this website will send you an email with all the details required to make your appointment. Any update on the group 4b  activation.   Will we be receiving our appointment date and 800 number soon.
My account is currently activated... can you give me an idea when I can expect an email with my appointment date.
